New ribbon interface for FEMdesigner in Alibre v22

FEMdesigner now has it's own tab in Alibre which brings up a ribbon-style interface like the rest of Alibre. This is a free upgrade. Do not uninstall anything. Just download and run the setup.exe for either the Pro or Basic version. The helpfile has been upgraded to match. We will be upgrading the tutorials on the website in due course too. It uses the same number of buttons in the same order and with the same command titles so there is no difficulty adapting to it.
